Silicone Rubber for Candle Molds (Ignition Type)

Overview:

This silicone rubber, specially designed for candle molds (ignition type), is a two-component condensation-curing silicone rubber.

It consists of Part A (base) and Part B (curing agent). When mixed, the two components cure at room temperature to achieve rapid molding.

Processing Instructions:

1. Measure the required amount of Part A into a container that is 3–4 times larger in volume. Add Part B in the specified mixing ratio by weight, and stir thoroughly until fully blended. After vacuum degassing, the mixture is ready for use.

2. The recommended operating environment is 20～25°C with 50% relative humidity. High temperature and humidity or low temperature and humidity will affect gel time and curing time. Therefore, the dosage of curing agent should be adjusted accordingly to achieve the desired result.

Storage:

To maintain product quality, store in a dry environment at room temperature (25°C), sealed in its original container.

Available in 20kg/25kg pails or 200kg drums.
